The IPCC provides policymakers with a toolbox for adaptation

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change issued its WGII (Work Group II) report on March 31st. It says that the effects of climate change are already occurring on all continents and across the oceans, and that the world is ill-prepared for risks resulting from a changing climate. Entitled “Climate Change 2014 : Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability”, it also provides policymakers with a toolbox offering sectorial and regional responses.
