The EU ETS should enable the emergence of a price signal which is predictable and high enough over the long-term in order to trigger low-carbon investments. This is the objective pursued by The Shift Project in its work on the EU ETS reform. In an interview with the Agefi (Economic and Financial Agency), Frédéric Dinguirard provides insights into the project he leads within the think tank.
