The Shift Project is a partner of World Efficiency Show & Congress, which will take place in Paris On October 13-15 2015. This international fair, created by the Pollutec organization, will bring together policy makers, economic operators and solution developers around the fight against global warming and resource scarcity.
For the first time - and 2 months before the COP21 held in Paris - companies, researchers, engineers and regions will exchange and catalyze their ideas and opinions while experts and policy-makers will present their points of views on many topics: low-carbon cities and industries, mobility, circular economy and new raw materials.
The Shift Project will offer a plenary lecture and workshops on practical measures for the decarbonisation of the European economy. What solutions? What funding? What role for companies? What time scale? With contributions from economic actors, scientific experts and political decision-makers, World Efficiency’s participants have a better understanding of the risks and the opportunities involved, and the challenges that we must collectively turn into promising projects.
