IPCC: curbing GHG emissions is (still) within our reach

Changement Climatique 2014 : Atténuation du Changement ClimatiqueThe IPCC released the 3rd volume of its 5th Report on April 13th 2014. Its main message is as follows: greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are going up despite mitigation efforts. Costs linked to mitigation efforts as well as damages caused by climate change are also going up with time.
